Gymnopedie is a site for gay, non-native speakers of English who would like to improve their English language knowledge and skills. Unlike every English as a foreign language course book that has ever been produced, this e-learning course is for gay people to work with gay texts while interacting with gay people in a gay-friendly environment.

Expand your vocabulary, improve your pronunciation and grammar, use your English skills in communicative tasks and get feedback from teachers. The courses are paid, but there are also plenty of free resources.

There are currently three courses, but only the first one is taking students at the moment.

Free resources

The free resources are in Gymnopedie's Cafe and are accessible to all registered visitors. These include blogs, jokes, short films, discussions, chats and lots of links.
